LUMINOSITY RE-ENTERS PUBG WITH WORLD CLASS ROSTER

Luminosity Re-Enters PUBG With World Class Roster

Following the announcement that they would be parting ways with their previous roster, Luminosity announced big news that they would be signing the roster that formerly competed under the “eUnited” banner. The new squad is set to represent Luminosity in upcoming PUBG Americas Series Phase 1 - North America Regional Playoff.

The new roster features a talented group of players who have already proven themselves on the world stage. They include Lachlan “Fludd” Thompson, Matt “Kickstart” Smith, Noah “Relo” Jenkins, and Jake “Snakers” Winant. This roster managed a fourth place finish at the PUBG Global Championship last year in Dubai.

In a statement announcing the new roster, Head of Luminosity Gaming, Alex Gonzalez, expressed excitement over the acquisition and confidence in the team's abilities. "We're thrilled to welcome this talented group of players to the Luminosity family," said Gonzalez. "Their skill and experience make them a perfect fit for our organization and we can’t wait to see them compete on the world stage."

The eUnited roster that Luminosity has signed has already had a number of impressive performances in PUBG tournaments. In 2022, they won both of the ESL PUBG Masters events in NA as well as finishing second at PCS 7, and fourth at PCS 6. These finishes earned them enough placement points to qualify for the PUBG Global Championship in Dubai last November. After a month of competition, the previous eUnited squad finished in a respectable fourth place, earning over $200,000 in winnings.

Luminosity has a rich history in the PUBG esports ecosystem featuring top players such as Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, Bruno “aXt” Habitzreuter, Nino “ninextT” Bernardes Pavolini, and Joseph “Tecnosh” Eomond Touma Filho. With the new roster from eUnited, they are poised to continue that success and build on their already impressive track record
