We're excited to share with our fans the new look Luminosity Gaming logo.  Recognized around the world the original logo had not been altered since our inception.  The logo was originally created by our founder, Steve Maida in early 2015.  The logo was designed to have an "L" like structure in the middle, representing the team name 'Luminosity'.  It's enclosed in a circle representing the principles of the circle of life.  Which to us means that everyone contributes, no one member is anymore or less important than the other, and we all progress together as a team.  The blue backing representing 'Luminosity' meaning to be luminous; illuminate which to us represents hope, inspiration and positive energy.

In early 2015, Luminosity Gaming started as a passion project in Toronto, Canada.  Our founder, a former aspiring competitive gamer, founded the company with the goal of affording young athletes the opportunity to call gaming a career with the pay check to back it up.  In a short time Luminosity Gaming has become a house hold name globally for gamers, transcending its' original goals.  At the time of this article, Luminosity Gaming and it's members have amassed over 20,000,000 followers on Twitter and Instagram with over 30,000,000 subscribers on YouTube and almost 5,000,000,000 total video views! We are proudly one of the most viewed teams on with approximately 15,000,000 followers and over 400,000,000 views.   We have amassed multiple first place championships in major esport titles such as Counter Strike when we were crowned champions at the MLG Colombus Major with a prize purse of $1,000,000.  We've also taken home trophies and top placings in Call of Duty, Overwatch, Hearthstone, Madden, Fortnite, Player's Unknown Battlegrounds, H1Z1, and Smite.

Our new logo represents the same principles as the original with a modern look and symbolizes the evolution of Luminosity Gaming.  Stay tuned for some major announcements including new members, new merch, etc. as we continue to grow and deliver our best for our fans to be proud of.
